Dr Gullapalli N Rao Vice President

Gullapalli Nageswara Rao is the founder of the L. V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad. A former Associate Professor at the School of Medicine and Dentistry of the University of Rochester, Rao is a Fellow of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, India. He was honored by the Government of India, in 2002, with the fourth highest Indian civilian award of Padma Shri. He was elected in 2017 to the Ophthalmology Hall of Fame instituted by the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
Dr YM Jay Trustee

Dr. Jay is the founder of the first Multi-Specialty Dental Group Practice in the Rochester area in 1978. He graduated with honors from Dental School in India in 1963, had graduate training at King’s College Hospital Dental School, London, U.K., and graduated with a Masters of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota in 1976. Prior to starting the group, he served as Regional Dental Director for the New York State Department of Health, Rochester Regional Office.

Ms. Vaidya Gullapalli Trustee

Vaidya Gullapalli, senior legal counsel at The Justice Collaborative, spent several years as a human rights advocate, public defender, and journalist in the U.S. and India. She worked at the Bronx Defenders and Officer of the Appellate Defender in New York and has been a contributing writer for Solitary Watch.
Dr Prasad G Kilaru Trustee

Dr Kilaru is the Chief of Staff of Washington Memorial Hospital in Fremont California. He has been in Private practice as Plastics and reconstructive surgeon. Dr Kilaru has also completed MBA from the Wharton School of Business. In addition to being involved with several business ventures, he is on the Board of Non profit organizations both here and in India.
